HITT Contracting's Co|Lab, an $8.6 million project completed in 2019 in Falls Church, Virginia, is a state-of-the-art, two-floor mass timber facility dedicated to research and development. The 8,600 square feet building, designed for net-zero energy, prioritizes environmental health and occupant well-being. Notable features include a 2,800+ square foot photovoltaic solar array and full-scale testing spaces for construction products. The prefabricated timber structure, assembled by eight people in nine days, is a testament to innovative construction techniques. Co|Lab has earned LEED v4 Platinum and IFLI Petal Certifications, underscoring its commitment to sustainable building practices.

Amazon Distribution Center: Charging Stations

Design and Installation of over 100 Level 2 DC charging stations in Miami, Florida. Coordination with utility provider FPL on easement and service augmentation. Underground piping, civil modification and electrical service.
